A landscape designer will meet with you at your home to discuss your landscape needs. They will take measurements, photographs and observe the lay of the land.
    
A deposit of 1/2 down is required at the initial time of visit.

The designer will create a landscape plan keeping your interests in mind. (This step takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks to complete).

When the design is finished, we will call you to set up a second appointment for viewing and discussing the plan. One revision is available at no charge, additional revisions will be charged at a rate of $40.00 per hour. Plant pictures will be available for your convenience.

The landscape plan will list and recommend quantities, types and sizes of plants and hardscaping materials needed to complete your plan. You may purchase these through BotaniCo or at your favorite nursery.
    
You will receive literature on: Planting Guidelines and Proper Plant Maintenance.
 
A list of Recommended Contractors will also be provided to you if you should require additional landscape services.
                                
You will have the opportunity to purchase top quality plants through BotaniCo at re-wholesale prices, not at overly inflated retail prices.

The balance due for your landscape design will be collected upon your approval.
